  Use one Teaspoon 2 g (5 mL) of tea for each cup desired plus one for the pot. The tea leaves can be places loose in the pot or in a teaball. Pour in fresh, boiling water, and let steep for 3 to 5 minutes. If leaves are oose, pour through a strainer. Serve and enjoy the perfect cup of tea.
